Nest on top.
That's a Great Blue Heron on the right side of the rock. Not too far from her/him I found a dead, bloated, bleached white dead sea lion. I didn't take a picture.
Cormorants, hanging out on the rocks and leaving nice, pretty white streaks.
Its kind of hard to tell, but that little blob in the middle of the picture, behind the floating kelp, is a sea lion. That one and few others stalked me, but they never got too close. My biggest fear now is that when I get D.T.'s fishing pole up and running and start fishing I'm going to catch one of these guys on accident.
The goofy looking bird on the shore is an oyster catcher. For some reason, my big, clunky, orange kayak scared it off.
